Refund/Cancel Regulations
1. Refunds through your account may take up to 15 days from the date of your request.
2. Cancellation/refund due to personal change of mind is possible
until the start of the course start theory training
(after that, no refund is allowed)
3. On-site no-show refund not available
4. If the schedule is canceled during the process due to unavoidable on-site conditions
(natural disasters/weather deterioration/ aircraft abnormalities, etc.),
the relevant cost will be refunded 100%.
