Refund/Cancel Regulations 

                                                             
1. Refunds through your account may take up to 15 days from the date of your request.

2. If you make a reservation through Naver's reservation,
you can cancel it only on the site and you cannot refund the account separately.

3. Schedule change/cancel/refund due to personal change of mind
can be made by Wednesday morning of the week of experience
(other reservation cannot be refunded)

4. No field experience or no-show refund is possible

5. If the experience is canceled due to unavoidable on-site conditions
(natural disasters, bad weather, aircraft abnormalities, etc.),
a 100% refund will be provided.

6. If the shooting is not smooth due to defects in the filming equipment,
you can choose between a refund of the filming cost or a discount on the re-experience.
-1. Refund for filming cost
: 50,000 won for handy cam and 150,000 won for out cam
-2. Re-experience discount compensation
: 20% discount on on-site payment of gold and diamond packages + 50,000 won in reservation
